Available Rats

"Dalasini" & "Lulu Puku" - Rescues
Cinnamon Pearl Irish & Pearl Merle Berkshire
These two are sisters, and I'd prefer to see them go together, though I wouldn't mind seperating them if you have other females at home to keep them company.  Both are quite small, but healthy, active, and very outgoing!  They were born in early September.

"Goober" - Rescue
Teddy Rex Cinnamon Blazed Cap-stripe
He's a sweet boy, but shy.  Gets along great with other rats.  He's about three months old.

Current Litters

Mystic's Litter - Rescues
Mystic is a teddy rex himilayan dumbo I took in with her litter of pups.   Note 12/28: Only two boys left available!

SFR Mini-Storm X Seiza of DR (updated!)
*** Born on Thanksgiving! ***  Blacks, agoutis, fawns and beiges in dumbo and standard, Berkshire and self.

Christmas Litter - Rescues (new!)
Hoodeds and PEWs, ready now and in need of good homes!

Adoption Fees

Rescues - $10 each, $18 for two.
Rats bred here - $15 each, $25 for two.

Reservations

I don't reserve rats until they're a few weeks old and I'm sure of what I've got.  Before this time, I can put you on a waiting list for whatever color, variety or sex you'd prefer, and if you're the first on the waiting list for a particular rat, you'll get the first option to reserve.  I don't currently ask for any money down to make a reservation, but I'll change this policy if I have to... PLEASE be serious if you reserve a rat!

Adoption Policies

Rats must be adopted in same-sex pairs unless you have other rats at home (same sex or neutered) to keep the new arrival company.

Adoptees must sign a contract stating that you will care for the rat properly, notify me if you breed him, and notify me if you can't keep him.  The contract also includes a three-week "trial basis," meaning you can return your rat(s) for a refund for any reason (health, temperament, you just found out you're allergic, whatever).  After three weeks, I can't give refunds, but you're still welcome and encouraged to bring your rat back here if you can't keep him.

I recommend that you quarantine your new rat away from any rodents you currently own for at least 3 weeks.  While my rats are healthy and free of communicable diseases to the very best of my knowledge, this is a precaution that should be taken with ANY new animal.
